What we access
After you choose to connect Gmail, Owed uses read-only access to search for purchase-related messages such as receipts, orders, renewals, warranties, credits and refund notices.
What we store
We store only the data needed to show relevant purchase evidence and opportunities. We do not treat your inbox as a general archive.
Your controls
You can disconnect Gmail, delete scan data and request permanent account deletion from Settings. Disconnecting Gmail stops future scans.
How findings work
Owed may label information as confirmed or estimated based on the email evidence. Merchants decide eligibility for returns, refunds, credits and adjustments.
